President's Message
The credit union philosophy of "People Helping People" is a full-time job. We are driven to help our members succeed, as your success begins with ours. All of us at Toyota Federal Credit Union have the privilege of serving the employees of one of the world's finest companies. As our sponsor, Toyota, celebrates its 50th anniversary in the U.S., we are proud to be associated with this successful company. For over 30 years, we have helped our members stay on the right course with their finances, and in 2006, earned a satisfaction rating of 96%. Over the past 6 years, we have maintained a satisfaction rating above 90%. All of us at the credit union are very proud of this distinction and achievement.
We are also proud of our performance as a top-ranking credit union. For overall performance, we have been ranked among the top 2% of credit unions in the nation, achieving the ranking of a "high performer" by Raddon Financial Group. In addition, in the past year, the consulting firm Callahan and Associates ranked the credit union 13th nationwide in "Return to the Member". This was demonstrated in our "give back" rate, which is one of the highest in the nation. In the community, we continue to extend the credit union philosophy to our members. In 2006, we expanded our College Scholarship Program by awarding four $3,000 scholarships. That's an increase from three $2,000 scholarships in 2005.
As for our future priorities, our ambitious plans for the next few years have been developed with one goal - delivering the finest possible products and services for our members. We appreciate your confidence and trust. Thank you for driving us to succeed.
