- Download and complete a membership application
- Download and complete a direct
deposit form
- Return a completed membership application along
with the following:
- Opening deposit (see below)
- Photocopy of Toyota badge
- Photocopy of Driver's License
(and joint, if applicable)
- Photocopy of Social Security
Card (for youth accounts only)
- Direct Deposit Form (if applicable)
- Mail all forms to Toyota FCU branch
